Food safety is a scientific definition describing food that does not contain pathogenic microorganisms and not be poisonous. This includes both food process and storage.

Food safety means the necessary conditions and measures to ensure that food shall not cause harms to human health and life, does not contain elements such as: physics, chemistry, biology or impurities in excess of allowable dosages. In other words, it does not come from harmful animals and plants.
